Yes, It is possible, to be loved too much

I speak specifically about this little creature:

All my life, I've never had an animal love me as much as this one does. He's my baby and I'm a bit embarassed to say that I love him probably as much as I do my kids!

It all started when he was a baby. Tanner's cat had been killed, and Harold was a great cat. He was basically the dog Tanner always wanted. Tanner would push him around in a stroller, and they'd take naps together. Harry was so patient with Tanner. {insert long sad story here}

We missed him and months later, decided that we could indeed get another kitten.

In stumbles Jingles {nicknamed Jiggly-puff} named so because we got him right before Christmas, and I bought him a collar with a little bell.

Right off the bat, he was a pretty good cat. His best trait to this day, is that he'll let you hold him like a baby, and he lets me kiss his face. heh. I love mack, but his main perogotive and goal for the day: Get petted. That's it. No lovins, no kisses, Pet and sleep.

When the ex and I divorced, Jingles came with me, and he became MY cat. I spent more time with him than I did anyone else (and frankly still do). My love for this cat, grew to his love for me.

This past couple weeks, especially have been almost to the point of overwhelming. "What the heck is wrong with this cat!?" Said nearly on a daily basis. Setting aside the constant howling by the back door (staring up at the cabinets) - I still can't figure that one out. He's become super attached to me. He wants to lay on the desk while I work, he wants to sit on my lap when I crochet, he wants to be cuddled on my scrapbook desk when I'm trying to make pages.

Today was the epitome of it all.

He took a shower with me.

To be fair, it was only his top half, and it wasn't full on water - because I was blocking it - but he was in there, sitting on the edge of the tub, front half of his body right stuck in. Not caring that I pet him with wet hands or that he was getting soaked.

All because he loves and adores me. (oh and I think he was thirsty too ;p)

So I officially have a man that would "drink a quart of my bath water" haha.

Awwww. I have 3 cats and they are like children to me as well. They're good at knowing when I'm sad or sick.
